Although the rooms are very small and outdated, with a double bed that is quite old and not as depicted in the photos, my experience was mixed due to TV issues. The service, especially thanks to Ridvan Sercan, was professional, although there were some unfriendly interactions. The location is a highlight, close to various attractions, but with some drawbacks. The dining experience was acceptable, but with room for improvement. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is situated in a nice location, near the tram and underground, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious with a double bed, but the TVs had issues during my stay. The service was positive and accommodating with great multilingual staff. The vicinity is close to attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet. Dining options were okay but could have better air conditioning. Overall, a decent stay with good value for money.
